About this service
Buyers on AliExpress often ask "what exactly do I get?", and "missing part" disputes often start with an unclear listing, so we make a picture of everything in the box laid out neatly, with short labels such as "1 x charger", "2 x cable" or "User manual". Every item and number comes only from your list and every item must be in your photo: we never draw in parts that are not there, and you check each label in the result. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels, roughly 1200 x 1200 pixels: for the gallery, not for large prints.

Questions and answers
Can you add the charger to the picture? It is not in my photo.
No, each picture is made from one of your photos, and we never draw in an item that isn't there, because the buyer must get exactly what the picture shows. Add it to the layout and take the photo again.
My set has more than 6 items. What then?
A picture holds up to about 6 short labels, so group small parts, for example "Screws and wall plugs", or split the set across two pictures with a photo for each. Drawn text can slip, so check every label and number.
Will small parts like screws look exactly the same?
The picture is redrawn, so items keep their shape and colours, but very small parts, labels on boxes and printed manuals can change slightly. Count and compare them with your photo, and ask for a revision.
Can you put a product card or receipt in the picture?
A plain card can be shown as one of the items, but we never create or change receipts, certificates, IDs or other documents, and we show no nudity and never a celebrity or another real person. Send only photos you have the right to use; pictures always have a full background.
