Terms of service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These terms govern the use of dleex.com (the "Platform") and every order placed on it. The Platform is operated by Grizzly Logic LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, registration No. 2026-002026296, registered office: 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (the "Company", "we"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms.

1. What we provide

1.1. The Platform sells services with a fixed scope, price and deadline, described on each service page and in its packages (the "Services").

1.2. The Company provides the Services itself or through executors it engages. Whoever performs the work, the Company is your counterparty and is responsible to you for the order.

1.3. Each order goes through a quality check by the Company before the result is delivered to you.

2. Account

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and give a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

2.2. You can delete your account in the account settings at any time, except while paid orders are in progress. Order records are kept as described in the Privacy policy.

3. Placing an order

3.1. You choose a service, a package and any add-ons and pay the order price (the package and the add-ons, less any discount). The order is placed when the payment is received.

3.2. After payment you fill in the brief. The delivery time of the package with its add-ons starts when the brief is complete. If the brief lacks what the work needs, we may ask questions in the order chat; the deadline pauses until you answer.

3.3. You are responsible for the accuracy of the brief and for having the right to the materials, links and data you provide.

3.4. We may decline an order that breaks the law, infringes the rights of others, involves spam, deception, hate speech or adult content, or is otherwise unacceptable to us. A declined order is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Prices are set, shown and charged in US dollars, whatever the language of the Platform. The amount of an order does not change after you place it. If your card or account is in another currency, your bank or payment provider may convert the amount at its own rate. Orders paid from the balance are charged from it (section 5).

4.2. Payments are processed by payment providers; we do not receive or store your card details.

4.3. Your payment is held until you accept the work (the "safe deal") and is released to the Company on acceptance, including automatic acceptance under clause 6.4.

4.4. A promo code reduces the price of an order on the terms published with it (the discount, the dates and the number of uses). An account opened through another client's invitation link gets the invitation discount shown on the Platform on its first paid order, unless a promo code is used. Only one discount applies to an order, and an order always costs at least US$1. A code or discount held by an unpaid order counts as used until that order is cancelled. When the first paid order of a client you invited is completed, the invitation bonus shown in your account is credited to your balance, once per invited client and never more than what that client paid for the order; if they pay from their balance, invitation bonuses of their own on it at that moment are counted as spent first and do not count. If that order is refunded, no bonus is credited for that client, and a bonus already credited is taken back from your balance. If your balance holds less than the bonus, it goes below zero and the next money added to it covers the difference first; you are not asked to pay it in any other way. Like other money on the balance, the bonus can be used only to pay for Services (clause 5.8).

5. Balance and API

5.1. You can order Services from your own website, shop or script through the Platform's programming interface (the "API"), as described in the API documentation on the Platform and within the limits stated there. Orders placed through the API appear in your account, and these terms apply to them in full, with the differences set out in this section.

5.2. To use the API you create keys in your account. A key is personal: like a password, it gives access to your orders and your balance. It is shown only once, when it is created. You must keep your keys secret and not share them with anyone you would not trust with your account. If a key may have become known to others, revoke it at once; you can revoke a key in your account at any time. While the email address of an account is not confirmed, confirming it by signing in with Google or Apple or by setting a new password from an emailed link revokes all keys of the account.

5.3. Every order placed with one of your keys counts as your order, whoever sent the request, and you are responsible for it.

5.4. Orders placed through the API are paid from your prepaid balance, which is kept in US dollars. They are charged the order price (the package and any add-ons, less a discount) in US dollars, whatever the language of the Platform. An order is placed when its full price is taken from the balance; if the balance is not enough, the order is not placed and nothing is charged.

5.5. The task sent with the order serves as the brief, and the work starts at once. The delivery time of the package with its add-ons runs from the moment the order is placed, so make sure the task contains everything the work needs.

5.6. The price taken from the balance is held in the same way as a payment under clause 4.3: it is released to the Company when the order is accepted, and it goes back to your balance if the order is refunded.

5.7. For now the balance is topped up by arrangement with support at [email protected], for example by bank transfer. Money is credited once we have received it. The latest changes of the balance (top-ups, charges for orders, refunds and corrections) are shown in the balance history in your account; support can send you older ones on request. We may correct the balance if money was credited or charged by mistake.

5.8. Money on the balance can be used only to pay for Services. The balance is not a deposit, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another account. Unused money is not paid out, except where the law requires it or where we agree to it at your request.

5.9. Once your account is deleted, money left on its balance can no longer be used. Spend it or write to support before deleting the account.

5.10. You can also pay from your balance for an order placed on the Platform, if the balance covers its whole price. The price is then taken from the balance in US dollars at once and held as set out in clause 5.6. The deadline runs from the brief, as for other orders placed on the Platform.

6. Delivery, revisions and acceptance

6.1. When the work is ready, the result appears on the order page and you receive an email.

6.2. You can accept the result or ask for changes within the scope of the original brief. The number of revisions included is stated in the package. A request that goes beyond the brief is a new order.

6.3. When you accept the work, the order is complete and the payment is released.

6.4. If within 3 days after a result is delivered, including a revised one, you neither accept it nor ask for changes, the order is accepted automatically. Automatic acceptance has the same effect as acceptance by you: the order is complete and the payment is released. If after the delivery you write to us in the order chat, the order is not accepted automatically: it waits until you accept it, we deliver a redone result or we refund the payment. After answering your message, we may also start the 3 days again and say so in the order chat.

7. Social media services

7.1. Social media services (for example followers or views) are carried out on third-party platforms that we do not control. You must give a link to a public profile or post and keep it public until the order is complete.

7.2. Once started, such an order cannot be cancelled. The numbers delivered may later decrease because of the actions of the third-party platform. Using these services may conflict with the rules of that platform; you use them at your own risk.

8. Refunds

8.1. If the work does not match the brief and the included revisions did not fix it, or the deadline was missed by more than its own length, write in the order chat. We will redo the work or refund the payment in full. Until then the order is not accepted automatically, unless we answer your message and start the 3 days again (clause 6.4).

8.2. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and for orders paid from the balance, to the balance. How long a refund to a card or bank account takes depends on the payment provider and your bank.

8.3. An accepted order is not refunded, except where the law requires it.

9. Rights to the results

9.1. Once the order is paid and accepted, all rights to the result that the Company can transfer pass to you, and you may use it for any lawful purpose.

9.2. We may use anonymised, non-confidential examples of work only with your consent.

9.3. The Platform itself, its design and its content belong to the Company.

9.4. Where a result is a recording read in a synthesized voice (for example, a voice-over), you must tell its listeners that the voice is synthesized wherever you publish or broadcast it, and ensure that anyone to whom you pass the recording for publication does the same.

10. Ratings and reviews

10.1. After an order is complete, you may rate it and write a review. Only completed orders can be reviewed.

10.2. Reviews are published on the service page together with the rating and the first name from your account. By leaving a review you allow the Company to publish it on the Platform free of charge and without time limit.

10.3. A review must be honest and about your order. Do not put personal data in it, such as contact details, whether yours or anyone else's.

10.4. The Company may hide a review that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic or contains personal data.

10.5. A review expresses the opinion of its author, not of the Company.

11. Liability

11.1. The Services are provided as described on the Platform. We do not guarantee any particular business result, such as search rankings, sales or audience growth, unless the package states it.

11.2. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

11.3. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot be limited by agreement.

12. Changes and termination

12.1. We may change these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. We will announce material changes on the Platform.

12.2. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after completing or refunding its paid orders.

13. Law and disputes

13.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Company is registered (Wyoming, USA).

13.2. Please write to us first: most issues are solved in the order chat or at [email protected]. Disputes that cannot be settled are decided by the courts of that place, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your local courts.

13.3. These terms are written in English and translated into the other languages of the Platform. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
