Quality requirements for executors
Dleex sells services with a fixed scope, price and deadline. Whoever does the work, the result has to meet the requirements below before it reaches the client. Each of them comes from the terms of service or the privacy policy, and the clause is named next to it.
The result matches the brief and the package
The work does what the client asked for in the brief. It has the scope and volume of the package the client ordered, and it is ready within the package's deadline (terms of service, clauses 1.1 and 6.2).
No content the terms forbid
The work must not break the law or infringe the rights of others, and it must not involve spam, deception, hate speech or adult content. An order that asks for such work may be declined, and the client then gets the money back in full (terms of service, clause 3.4).
Client materials stay with the order
The brief, links, files and data a client provides are used only to fulfil their order (privacy policy, section 3). Examples of finished work are shown to others only anonymised, if they are not confidential, and with the client's consent (terms of service, clause 9.2).
Revisions within the brief
The client can ask for changes within the original brief, as many times as the package includes. A request that goes beyond the brief is a new order (terms of service, clause 6.2).
A quality check before delivery
Every result is checked by the service before the client receives it (terms of service, clause 1.3).
What each order includes is set by its package and the terms of service.
