Privacy policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy explains what personal data dleex.com (the "Platform") collects, why, and what rights you have. The data controller is Grizzly Logic LLC, Wyoming, USA, registration No. 2026-002026296, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (the "Company", "we"). Contact: [email protected].
1. What we collect
- Account: email address, name (if given), password in hashed form, or your Google or Apple account identifier if you sign in with Google or Apple. If you sign in with Apple and hide your email, we get an address at Apple that forwards our emails to you.
- API keys: the name of each key, its first characters and when it was created and last used. The key itself is stored only in hashed form.
- Orders: the service and package, the brief (or the task sent through the API) and the links and materials you provide, messages in the order chat, the results we deliver.
- Payments and balance: amount, currency, status and the payment provider's reference; for the balance, the history of top-ups, charges, refunds and corrections, with comments such as a bank transfer reference. Card details are entered on the payment provider's side and never reach us.
- Notifications and email settings: the events shown in your notification center, which of them you have read, and which optional emails you get.
- Reviews: the rating and the text you leave about a completed order.
- Applications to become an executor: the name, email address, skills, fields of work, portfolio links, languages and message you send in the form, and staff notes about it.
- Invitations and promo codes: the account that invited you, if you signed up through an invitation link, your own invitation code, the promo codes you used and the invitation bonuses credited to you.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, error logs, and the result of the automated check that protects sign-in and forms from bots.
- Analytics: how visitors use the site, and where they came from: the ad, search engine or site that brought them, the campaign tags in the link (including the search words an ad was shown for), the ad system's click identifier, the country and device type. This is kept under a random identifier in a cookie and linked to your account when you sign in, so that we can tell which ads bring clients. Visitors from the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked first; others can switch it off at any time. Switching it off stops the recording and removes the cookie; deleting your account unlinks the recorded visits from it and removes their click identifiers.
2. Why we use it
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Creating your account, keeping your balance and fulfilling your orders, including orders placed through the API | Performance of the contract |
| Sending emails about your orders, balance and invitations, and showing them in your notification center | Performance of the contract |
| Publishing reviews and ratings on service pages | Our legitimate interest in showing other clients honest feedback |
| Considering your application to become an executor and contacting you about it | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract |
| Protecting the Platform from fraud, bots and abuse | Our legitimate interest |
| Keeping accounting and tax records | Legal obligation |
| Analytics to improve the Platform | Your consent (EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland); our legitimate interest elsewhere |
Some emails are optional: about new chat messages, balance top-ups and invitation bonuses credited. You can turn them off in the account settings or with the link at the end of each such email. Emails about payments, delivered work, automatic acceptance, the acceptance period, refunds, balance corrections that take money off, invitation bonuses taken back and account security are always sent, because your orders and account depend on them.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for automated decisions with legal effect on you.
3. Who receives it
We share data only as far as each recipient needs it:
- hosting providers (servers in the European Union);
- Cloudflare, for content delivery, security, bot protection and tag management;
- payment providers;
- the email delivery provider;
- providers of computing and text-processing services that help us fulfil orders, under contracts that do not allow them to use the data for their own purposes;
- for social media services, providers that deliver them, which receive the link and the quantity ordered;
- Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica, for analytics (see section 6);
- visitors to the Platform: your reviews are public, together with the rating and the first name from your account;
- authorities, where the law requires.
4. International transfers
Our recipients may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data: until you delete the account.
- Orders, payments and balance history: up to 7 years after the order or the balance change, as accounting law requires. After account deletion these records no longer contain your email or name.
- Reviews and ratings: as long as they are published. If you delete your account, your reviews stay published without your name.
- Applications to become an executor: up to 2 years after you send them; rejected applications, 6 months after the decision; earlier if you ask.
- Records of visits and where they came from: up to 26 months; the ad systems' click identifiers: 90 days. The visits that brought a client or an order are kept, without click identifiers, while the account exists. The cookie with the random identifier lasts up to 400 days.
- Technical logs: up to 90 days. Database backups: 14 days.
6. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice; they need no consent. If you open the Platform through an invitation link, a cookie keeps the invitation code for 30 days so that it applies when you sign up. If you visit from the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics cookies, including the one with a random identifier that tells us which ad brought you, are set only after you agree. We ask about advertising separately: without it we still see which campaign brought you, but do not keep the ad's click identifier, so your orders are not reported back to the ad systems. Elsewhere both are on by default. Wherever you are, you can switch analytics off or on at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
7. Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a copy in a portable format, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent to analytics at any time. You can delete your account yourself in the account settings. For anything else write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.
You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one of your country; in the European Union, the authority of your member state.
8. Security
Passwords and API keys are stored only in hashed form, connections are encrypted, and access to data is limited to the people who need it for their work.
9. Children
The Platform is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will publish changes to this policy on this page and announce material changes on the Platform.
This policy is written in English and translated into the other languages of the Platform. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
