Subtitles timed to your video as SRT and VTT files, ready to upload to a video platform, and the transcript as plain text. Subtitles make a video watchable without sound, help viewers who speak another language and give search engines the text of what is said.

How an order works

Choose a package by the length of your video and pay: the money is reserved, and the deadline starts once you fill in the brief. Before delivery the subtitles are checked against your brief. If a word is misheard or mistranslated, send them back for revision: revisions within the package are free.

What to prepare

  • a link to the video that opens without signing in;
  • the language spoken in it and the language of the subtitles;
  • names, brands and terms that must be spelled exactly.

How do I send the video?

Add a link to it in the brief: a public video or a file in cloud storage that opens by link.

When does the money go to the service?

The amount is reserved when you pay and released to the service only once the work is accepted. The price is fixed in the package and does not change after payment.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Each package includes a set number of free revisions within your original brief; the number is shown in the package. A request that goes beyond the brief is placed as a new order.
