- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the mascot be animated later?
Yes, the images are a good reference for an animator. They are flat PNG files, not layered or rigged files for animation.
Will the mascot look the same in every pose?
We keep shapes and colors consistent. Small differences between poses can happen and are fixed within your revisions.
Do I get vector or layered files?
No, you get finished high-resolution PNG images.
