About this service
We write descriptions for skincare, makeup and hair care that explain texture, scent, skin type, key ingredients and how to use the product. Cosmetics copy must stay cosmetic: we describe what the product does for the look and feel of skin, and avoid drug-style claims such as "cures acne", "heals eczema" or "repairs DNA". Ingredients and test results come only from your label and documents.

What we need from you
The product name, the full ingredient list (INCI), skin or hair type, texture and scent, any test results you hold and photos of the packaging.
We will ask you:
- Which skin or hair types is the product for?
- Which results are backed by tests?
- Where will it be sold?
- Is it vegan, cruelty-free or fragrance-free, and certified?

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you write that it treats acne or eczema?
No. Such claims can make a product count as a drug. We use cosmetic wording such as "helps skin look clearer".
Do you check that the copy is legally compliant?
We avoid and flag risky claims, but this is not a legal review. Check the final text against the rules of your market.
Will you invent benefits for ingredients?
No. We describe what ingredients are commonly used for and only state results you can back up.
