- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Is this a template file I can edit?
No. Template here means a ready flat style that we fit to your brand; you get finished MP4 clips, not an After Effects or Premiere project. To change something, use the revisions in your package.
Can you put my logo and offer in the scene?
We keep the frame free of text and logos, as they come out uneven in motion. Add them as a layer in CapCut, Canva or the editor inside Instagram or TikTok; the scene leaves calm space for them.
How long is each clip?
8 seconds in Basic, 15 in Standard, and three 10-second scenes in Premium. Short clips suit stories and Reels, where people decide in the first second whether to keep watching.
