About this service
We design favicon concepts that come in two matched versions, one for light browser tabs and one for dark ones. Many people now browse in dark mode, where a black or navy logo almost disappears, while a white mark vanishes on a light tab. Each concept is drawn twice with the same shape and adjusted colours or an outline, so your site stays visible in both themes and your developer can switch between them.

Questions and answers
How does the browser pick the right version?
Your developer adds both files to the site with a prefers-color-scheme rule. We deliver the two PNG versions only, with no code.
My site builder takes only one favicon. What then?
Choose the version with an outline or a coloured background shape, which usually reads in both themes. We can mark that option in the delivery.
Why does a package count icons, not concepts?
Each light and dark version is a separate PNG file, so two concepts make four icons.
