About this service
Musicians read instrument listings closely: tonewoods, pickups, scale length, number of keys, action, what is in the case and whether it suits a beginner or a gigging player. We write descriptions for guitars, keyboards, drums, wind instruments, pedals, amps and studio gear that get these facts right and then describe the sound and feel in words players use. Send your spec sheet or supplier catalogue as Excel or PDF, and we work from it.
What is included
- What you getFor each instrument or item: a headline, a description of sound and playability, a specs block, what is in the box and a short FAQ, as text and as XLSX and DOCX files for import or pasting.

Questions and answers
Can you describe the tone if I only have specs?
We describe what the woods and pickups are known for, in moderate terms. If you have played it, add your own notes and we use them.
Can you write "studio quality" or "professional grade"?
Only when your specs support it. We prefer concrete facts such as sample rate or solid wood top.
Can I upload a supplier catalogue with hundreds of items?
Yes, files up to about 150,000 characters in total are read, and we write the number of items in your package. Tell us which ones.
