About this service
For podcasts published as video on YouTube or Spotify, we make a short opener before each episode: a warm studio with a glowing microphone, sound waves rippling over a city at night or a cosy armchair corner, with a sound sting your listeners come to recognise. It is made from scratch in 16:9, and you add the show name and episode title on top in your editor, so the same clip works week after week.
What is included
- What you getHorizontal MP4 intros with a sound sting, made from scratch for your show, with no text in the picture, plus a short note. You put the show name and episode title over it in your editor.

- Episode stingA short sound that opens every episode
- From your cover artYour cover can open the intro
- Vertical for clipsA 9:16 version for short clips on request
- Full HD1080p in Standard and Premium
How it works
- 1Your showYou tell us the topic, tone and opening scene
- 2Scene and stingWe plan the studio mood, motion and sound
- 3IntrosYou get MP4 files and can ask for changes
What we need from you
Your podcast's topic and tone, the colours you use, what the opening scene should show, and your cover art if the intro should start from it.
We will ask you:
- What is your podcast about?
- What tone does the show have?
- What should the opening scene show?
- Where is the video version published?

Questions and answers
Can the hosts appear in the intro?
We create the scene from scratch and don't use your recorded footage. Real people from photos would change slightly as they move, and nobody talks with matching lips, so studio objects and moods work best.
My podcast is audio only. Is this useful?
The intro is a video file, made for video episodes and clips. You can take its sound sting into your audio editor, but if you publish only audio, a voice-over intro may suit you better.
Can you add the episode title?
We keep the picture free of text, as lettering in a moving scene often comes out uneven. Put the show name and episode number over the intro in your editor, so you can change them every week on the same clip.
