About this service

A property ad has to show the home and state the facts that matter: where it is, what kind of homes, from what price and when. Give us those facts, the offer and the page the ad should lead to, and upload photos or renders if you have them; we make one campaign in the sizes of your package, with short texts, pictures and the code, and CSS animation of up to 15 seconds and 3 loops that ends on your offer and button. Pictures we draw show a mood, not the real building, so for the property itself send your own photos. We never invent prices, completion dates or mortgage terms, and no one can promise that a network approves an ad.

What we need from you

What you advertise (a new building, a house for sale, flats to rent), the facts as they should read: location, types of homes, price from, completion or move-in date and the offer; the full address of the project or listing page, the sizes and the ad network. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos or renders of the property that you have the right to use.

Questions and answers

Can you draw our building if we have no photos yet?

We can draw a picture in the spirit of the project, but it is an illustration, not your building, and the banner should not present it as one. For an accurate image, send the renders of your project.

Can the banner mention a mortgage or an instalment plan?

Only in your words, with the conditions you give. Many countries and ad networks have rules on how loan terms appear in ads, so the wording and any required notes are yours to check.

Which prices will it show?

Only the ones you send, such as a "price from" line. Check that they match the page the ad leads to, since people and networks compare the two.

Will the network approve a property ad?

We cannot promise it. Housing ads have extra rules in some networks and countries, for example on targeting, and every ad is checked together with its page.
