- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the header show my photo?
The form does not take photos, so we design an artistic scene in your style. If you want a photo header, use your own shot.
Is the image big enough for Spotify?
Spotify recommends a large header of about 2660 x 1140 pixels. Our wide PNG is smaller, so check how it looks in the Spotify for Artists preview and enlarge it if the app asks.
Do I get an editable source file?
No, you get finished PNG images. Layered or vector source files are not included.
