Client: Miller Street Bakery, a family bakery. Task: give the old home page a fresh, modern look, keeping the name, the warm brown colour, the opening hours and the list of what they bake, with big pictures of bread and a clear order button.

About this service

The home page is the shop window: if it is crowded, hard to read or awkward on a phone, buyers leave before they reach a product. Upload screenshots of it, and we design it anew and build it: a clear first screen, your main categories, featured products, delivery and returns facts, contacts, your logo and colours, a phone version and new pictures drawn for banners and sections. We never draw your products: their photos are taken from your screenshots where sharp enough or left as marked places for your originals. Prices and offers stay as you give them. The page has no cart or payments: product and category buttons lead to the links in your current store, which keeps working as before.

What we need from you

Up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: screenshots of your store's home page, sharp enough to read the text, and, if you like, your logo as a separate file. List the main categories and 3-8 featured products with their prices and links in your store, your delivery, payment and returns terms, any current offer with its dates, your contacts, what must stay, and a store you like, if any, as a hint for the style.

Questions and answers

Will the cart and checkout work on the new page?

No. The page has no cart or payments of its own: its buttons lead to the product, category and cart pages of your current store, where buying works as before.

My store runs on a store platform. Can the new page go there?

The page is plain HTML and CSS. On a store platform, you or whoever looks after the store add it as custom HTML or rebuild the home page in the platform's theme from our page; we do not install themes or log in to your store.

What about product photos?

We never draw your products. Upload a few of your best product photos as separate files next to the screenshots (5 files in all) and the featured cards show them; we do not cut pictures out of screenshots. The other cards get new pictures without products, and you can swap in more of your photos later in the code.

Can there be a sale banner?

Yes, for an offer you actually run, with the discount and dates you give. We do not invent discounts, ratings or reviews.

Do you need access to my site?

No. We work only from your screenshots and brief and do not log in to your site or change anything on it. When the new page is ready, you or whoever looks after your site put it in place of the old one.
