We make a calm moving background for your video calls: a sunny office with plants, a library at dusk, a slow ocean view or soft brand colours, with gentle motion that doesn't distract the people you talk to. Zoom accepts MP4 video backgrounds up to Full HD 1080p, and our clips come in exactly that size. Teams usually takes only pictures as custom backgrounds, so there you can use a still frame from the clip.

Questions and answers
How do I add it in Zoom?
Open Background & Effects in Zoom's settings, add a video and choose the MP4. Video backgrounds may need a newer computer or a plain wall behind you, and Zoom tells you if yours isn't supported.
Does it work in Teams?
Teams usually accepts only pictures (JPG, PNG or BMP) as custom backgrounds. Use a still frame from the clip there, or check whether your version of Teams has added video uploads.
Can my company logo be on the wall behind me?
We keep logos and text out of the frame, as they come out uneven in motion. Use your brand colours instead, which read well even in a small call window.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, for example a darker room, less motion or another setting, within the revisions of your package.
