You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you draw characters from existing anime?
We draw original characters only. Fan art of existing series belongs to its rights holders and cannot be used commercially.
Is it suitable for a VTuber avatar?
It works as promo art or a reference for your avatar. It is a flat image, not a rigged Live2D file or a layered file for rigging.
Do I get vector or layered files?
No, you get finished high-resolution PNG images.
