Renovation firms, beauty salons and fitness coaches sell results, and a smooth move from the 'before' picture to the 'after' one shows the change better than two photos side by side. Send your two real pictures (a kitchen before and after the refit, hair before and after colouring, a client at the start and end of a programme) and we make a video that opens on the first and settles on the second, with a camera move, a natural-looking change in between and sound. The change in between is created, not a record of the real work, while both end frames are your own photos.

Questions and answers
Can I use photos of my clients?
Yes, if the clients have agreed to their photos being used in your advertising, and the photos show your real work. We don't use photos of celebrities, public figures or people you have no right to show.
Is the change in between real?
No. Only the first and last frames are your photos; what happens between them is created to look natural. In beauty and fitness ads, rules in many countries require before-and-after pictures to be genuine and not misleading, so use real results and don't retouch the 'after'.
Do the two photos have to match?
The best results come from the same angle, distance and light, with both photos in the same shape. If the shapes differ, the second picture is cropped to the shape of the first.
Can the video show the process step by step?
One video shows one smooth change, not a timeline of the real work. For several stages, order a transition per stage and join them in your editor.
