Send two pictures and we make a short video that moves smoothly from the first to the second: a room before and after renovation, a sketch turning into the finished design, a product changing colour, a day scene becoming night, a garden or a haircut before and after. The video starts on your first picture and ends on your second, with camera movement, a transformation in between and a sound track.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
How many pictures do I send?
Two for each transition: 2 for Basic, 4 for Standard and Premium. Say in the brief which pictures make a pair.
Do both pictures have to be the same shape?
Yes, ideally: both horizontal, both vertical or both square. If they differ, the second picture is cropped to the shape of the first.
Is the video a real record of the change?
No. The change between your pictures is created to look natural. For a renovation or a beauty service it presents the result in an appealing way, not the real process.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, for example a different kind of transformation or camera movement, within the revisions of your package. Each change makes the video again, so small details such as gestures or camera moves will differ from the first version.
