About this service
We draw blackwork and geometric tattoo sketches: mandalas, sacred geometry, dotwork gradients, bold ornamental bands and solid black shapes combined with fine patterns. Geometry needs clean symmetry and lines that follow the body, so a mandala is planned for an elbow or shoulder cap and an armband for the curve of a forearm or calf. Large black areas are balanced with skin breaks so the piece reads from across the room.

Questions and answers
Will the geometry be perfectly symmetrical?
The sketch is drawn symmetric, but small irregularities are possible. Tattoo artists usually rebuild geometric stencils with a ruler or their own software anyway.
Can it cover an old tattoo?
Describe the old tattoo, its size and colours, and we draw a denser design suited to covering. Whether it fully covers is decided by your tattoo artist in person.
Can a pattern wrap all the way around my arm?
Yes, ask for a band. It comes as a flat strip that your artist fits to the arm.
