About this service
We draw concept images of the attendee kit for your conference, meetup or summit: a name badge with role colours for speakers, staff and guests, a lanyard pattern, a notebook cover and a pin or sticker people trade at the coffee break. Everything follows this year's event theme, so the kit becomes part of the event's look in photos and on stage. Organisers use the images to agree on the kit internally and to brief their badge printer and merch supplier.

Questions and answers
Can the badge show attendee names?
We draw the badge with a placeholder area for the name. Names and QR codes come from your registration system when badges are printed.
How is this different from everyday branded merch?
The kit is built around one event, its theme and its roles, so it works as a set for attendees rather than as company merch for any day.
Can you design for a hybrid or online event?
Yes, the kit can include items you post to remote attendees, such as stickers, socks or a mug.
