About this service
Before a conference, festival, charity run, hackathon or tour, organisers often show the merch early to drive pre-orders or to agree it with sponsors. We place your event logo on the items you pick, such as T-shirts, hoodies, totes, caps, bottles, wristbands and stickers, and can add the event name and year from your brief, kept short because small text and dates can change slightly when redrawn; the pictures are presentation mock-ups, not print-ready files. Each picture is made from one of your logo files (PNG or JPEG, not SVG) as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels on a full background, for the event site, a sponsor deck or a social post, not for large banners.

What we need from you
Your event logo as a sharp PNG or JPEG (no SVG), ideally with the name and year already in the file. List the merch items and colours, the event colours, and whether you want each item alone or a group shot of the merch laid out on a table or a stand. Send only a logo you own or have the right to use.
We will ask you:

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you add sponsor logos to the event T-shirt?
Each picture is made from one file, so sponsors must already be in your logo file, and only with each sponsor's permission. Many small sponsor logos on one shirt get blurry, so keep the list short.
Will the dates and city names be correct?
We take them only from your brief, but small lettering is redrawn and can change slightly, so check every date and spelling before you post. For tour dates lists, put them in the logo file or keep them off the merch picture.
Can volunteers or staff appear wearing the merch?
No, we show the items on their own, folded, hanging or laid out. We never place other brands' logos or redesign yours, make no ID or document pictures, show no nudity and never add a celebrity or another real person.
Can the printer use these pictures?
No, they are PNG mock-ups for showing the merch. The printer needs your original logo in the format and size they ask for.
