About this service
People decide whether to come in a minute: what the event is, when and where, who speaks and how to get a ticket. Give us the facts, and we build a site that answers at once: a first screen with the date, place and a registration button, the programme by day and hour, speaker cards, partners, the venue with directions and a short FAQ. Registration and tickets stay on the ticketing service you already use, and the button leads there, since this site has no server, form that sends, payments or attendee list. Speakers and partners appear only as you give them, and putting the site online is not included.

What we need from you
Event name, dates, city and venue address, who it is for, the programme with times and talk titles, speakers with name, role and topic, partners if any, the ticket or registration link, prices only if they should be shown, and the organisers' contacts. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your event logo, speaker photos and partner logos you have the right to use.

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can people register on the site?
Not on the site itself: there is no server to collect sign-ups. The registration button leads to your ticketing or form service, or opens an email to the organisers.
We have 20 speakers but only 5 uploads.
Cards without a photo show the speaker's initials in your event colours, and photos can be added later in a code editor. We never draw portraits of real speakers.
The programme will change. How do we update it?
The programme is plain HTML: change a time or a title in any code editor. Within your package you can also ask us for changes on the order page.
Can we show partner logos?
Only logos you upload and are allowed to use; otherwise partners are named in plain text. We never add partners, speakers, attendee numbers or reviews that are not in your brief.
Can you put the site online before the event?
No, hosting, a domain and publishing are not included. You get an archive to upload to any hosting through its file manager.
