- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Do you write the ingredient list or legal text?
No. INCI lists and label rules differ by market, so your designer adds them using your approved text.
Can the concept show a finish like foil or soft-touch?
Yes, as a visual suggestion. The real effect depends on the printer and materials.
Can I give the files to a manufacturer?
Use them as a reference. The manufacturer or your designer builds the production artwork on their templates.
