- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the concept be used as a marketplace main image?
It works well as a preview. Many marketplaces require a photo of the real product for the main image, so check their rules.
Do you add nutrition facts?
No. Nutrition tables and allergen text must match your lab data and local rules, so your designer adds them.
Can you match my existing logo?
Yes. Attach a link to it and we keep its colors and feel; the logo itself may need to be placed by your designer exactly.
