- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Is it ready for the mail house?
You get a PNG layout with the mailing zones left clear. Mail houses and printers often need a file with bleed and exact address area sizes, which you or they finish from the PNG.
Can you add a working QR code?
We leave a square for it. Create the code from your real link and place it in an editor, since a drawn code will not scan.
Do I get an editable source file?
No, you get finished PNG images. Layered or vector source files are not included.
