About this service
A 404 page appears when a link is broken or a page has moved, and a good one keeps the visitor on your site: a short friendly message that the page wasn't found, a search box, links to your most visited pages, a button back to the homepage and often a small picture or joke in your brand's tone. Upload a screenshot of your site, and we draw a new 404 page with its colours, fonts, header and footer, and your message and links from the brief, so even a dead end feels like your site. You get PNG mock-ups of about 1.5 megapixels, each made from one of your screenshots and in its shape, wide for a desktop or tall for a phone, not HTML or CSS code, a Figma, Sketch or XD file or a theme to install.

What we need from you
Up to 5 sharp screenshots of your site as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), one page each, and only files you have the right to use. Write the headline, one line of explanation, three to five link labels and the button text, and describe the picture idea in a few words; Latin-script languages draw most cleanly.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will the page fix my broken links?
No, it is a picture of the page, not HTML or CSS code, and we don't log in to your site. Your developer sets up the 404 page in your platform; Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow each handle it in their own way, so check your theme's current options.
Can the picture include a famous character?
No, we draw an original scene in your style, such as a lost delivery box or an empty map, with no characters from other companies, no celebrities and no other brands' logos. The picture is redrawn in your colours, so small details and your logo may shift slightly.
How much text should a 404 page have?
Very little: a headline of a few words, one line of explanation and the button labels. Short text draws cleanly, and you check the spelling; longer lines can come out imperfect, and a revision fixes them.
Can I use another site's 404 page as a sample?
We use it only for its style: layout, mood and colours. We never take its logo, brand, joke or texts, add no reviews or ratings and never change documents or official forms.
