About this service

A good FAQ page groups questions by topic, such as orders, delivery, payment or accounts, shows each question as a line that opens to its answer, and ends with a way to contact you when the answer isn't there; long lists often add a search bar and topic tabs at the top. Upload a screenshot of your site, and we draw a new FAQ page in its colours, fonts and spacing, with your own questions written in and one or two answers shown open, so you can see how the page reads before anyone builds it. You get PNG mock-ups of about 1.5 megapixels, each made from one of your screenshots and in its shape, wide for a desktop or tall for a phone, not HTML or CSS code, a working accordion, a Figma, Sketch or XD file or a theme to install.

What is included

  • What you getYou get 1, 3 or 5 PNG mock-ups of your FAQ page, for example the top with search and tabs, and one picture per topic group. If you send fewer screenshots than the package has, the extra pictures are further variants from the same file.
  • Topic groupsQuestions under your headings, such as Delivery or Returns
  • Open and closed questionsLines with arrows or plus signs, one or two answers open
  • Search and tabsA search field and topic tabs in your site's style
  • Contact blockA closing line and button for questions not on the list

How it works

  1. 1
Questions and screenshotYou upload your site and send the questions by topic
  2. 2
FAQ pageWe draw the groups, open answers and search in your style
  3. 3
Check and reviseYou check the wording and ask for changes within your package

What we need from you

Up to 5 sharp screenshots of your site as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), one page each, and only files you have the right to use. Send your questions grouped by topic, say which one or two should be shown open with a short answer, and keep each line brief; Latin-script languages draw most cleanly, and you check the spelling.

We will ask you:

  • Which topics should the questions be grouped into?
  • Which questions go on the page?
  • Which answers should be shown open?
  • Do you need search, tabs or a contact block?

Payment protection

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

  • Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
  • The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
  • Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
  • Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
  • Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
  • Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Questions and answers

How many questions fit on one mock-up?

About eight to twelve short questions read well on one picture; a longer list turns into small text that can come out imperfect. For a big FAQ, split the topics over several mock-ups, one per group, or show the top of the page with the topic tabs.

Will you write the answers?

No, the questions and answers are your content and you are responsible for them; we draw them as you give them and add no legal, medical or financial advice. Open answers are kept to a sentence or two, and longer text is shown as placeholder lines.

Can my developer use the picture directly?

The picture is a guide, not HTML or CSS code or a Figma, Sketch or XD file. Most site builders, including Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow, have their own collapsible blocks, so check your theme's current options; we don't install or change anything on your site.

Which samples and content can't you use?

A FAQ page from another company is used only for its style, never for its logo, brand or answers. We put no other brands' logos in the picture, add no reviews or ratings and never change documents or official forms. The picture is redrawn, so icons and your logo can shift slightly.
