About this service
Etsy plays listing videos as a short silent loop in the photo gallery, and buyers of handmade and vintage items want to see texture, scale and how the piece catches the light. We turn your photo into an 8-second clip, well inside the 5 to 15 seconds Etsy asks for, with a slow camera glide over the glaze, the weave or the grain of the wood.
What is included
- What you getMP4 clips of 8 seconds in Full HD, square or vertical, each starting from your photo of the item. Etsy removes sound from listing videos, so the music in the file won't play there; you upload the clip in Shop Manager yourself.

What we need from you
A clear photo of the actual item you sell, the materials, its size, and the setting that suits your shop (a linen table, a sunny shelf, a workbench).
We will ask you:
- What is the item and what is it made of?
- Which detail should buyers notice?
- What setting fits your shop?
- Square or vertical clip?

Questions and answers
Why does my video play without music on Etsy?
Etsy strips the sound from listing videos when you upload them. Our clips are planned to work silently, and the file with sound is still useful for Instagram or Pinterest.
Can I order from a description of a piece I haven't made yet?
We can, but the clip will then show an idea, not your item. Etsy buyers expect to see what they will receive, so for a listing send a photo of the real piece.
Will the details stay exactly as in my photo?
The clip opens on your photo. Fine details such as a stamped mark or tiny lettering may soften as the camera moves, so check the clip before you add it to the listing.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, for example warmer light or a different surface under the item, within the revisions of your package.
