Questions and answers
What size and length does AliExpress accept?
The rules for the main video differ between seller centres and change over time, so check them in yours before uploading. Our 8-second Full HD clips are short and light, and you can trim or resize them in any editor if the centre asks for something else.
Can the video show a brand logo on the product?
Only your own brand that you have the right to use. We don't add other companies' logos, and small logos inside a moving scene may come out unclear anyway.
Can I order without a photo, from the supplier's description?
Yes, but the clip then shows an image of the idea, not your exact item. For a listing, a photo of the real product is the honest choice.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, for example another colour version or a different background, within the revisions of your package.
