Cover letter
Dear Hiring Team at Northbridge Freight,
I'm applying for the Operations Coordinator role. For the past six years I've kept a busy restaurant group running on time, and much of that work was logistics: getting the right goods to three sites, on schedule, with the right people ready to receive them.
Your vacancy mentions route planning, driver scheduling and supplier communication. At Harbour Kitchen Group I coordinate more than 40 deliveries a week and plan rotas for 35 people. When late deliveries became a problem, I set up a shared calendar with suppliers and cut missed slots from nine a month to two. I'd like to apply the same approach to your delivery schedules.
I'm comfortable with Excel and scheduling software and learn new systems quickly. I'd welcome the chance to discuss how my experience could support your operations team.
Kind regards, Daniel Moreno

Europass is the EU's common CV format, and its online editor has fixed sections: work experience, education and training, language skills on the CEFR grid, digital skills and licences. We write the text for each section so you can paste it straight into the editor, describe your degrees in terms European employers understand and rate your languages on the A1 to C2 scale for listening, reading, speaking and writing. If your target employer prefers a regular CV, we tell you and adapt the content.

Questions and answers
Do European employers require Europass?
Rarely. It is common for public bodies, EU programmes and some countries, while many private firms prefer a regular national CV. Tell us the employer, and we advise.
Will my degree be recognized?
We describe it clearly, but official recognition is done by the national ENIC-NARIC centre of the country you move to.
Do you fill in the Europass editor for me?
No, we do not access your accounts. You paste our text section by section, which takes about twenty minutes.
