About this service
We write and voice announcements for your conference, festival, trade fair or sports event: doors opening, the next session starting, please take your seats, where to find food or the exits. Over a hall's speakers people catch the time and the place, so each announcement opens with what is happening and repeats the room or stage name. You get one recording that can hold several short announcements one after another, which you cut and play from the venue's audio system, and the audience must be told that the voice is synthesized.

Questions and answers
Can I get each announcement as a separate file?
You get one recording. Each announcement is its own paragraph of the script, so you can cut them into separate files in a free audio editor.
Can you play them at the event?
No, we deliver the files. Your sound team or the venue plays them from their system.
What if the schedule changes?
Ask for changes within your revisions before the event and we voice the new version. Once the revisions are used up, a new schedule needs a new order.
Should I tell the audience the voice is synthesized?
Yes, you must, for example in the event app, the schedule or on a sign at the entrance.
