Questions and answers
Can the clip show our sign over the door?
Signs and lettering in a moving scene come out uneven, so the sign stays blank or out of view. Add your name and logo as an overlay in your editor.
The place isn't finished yet. Can we still order?
Yes. Describe the planned look or send a design picture; the clip shows an impression of the place, so make clear in your caption that it's a preview.
Can you use the video we recorded of the renovation?
We don't edit or join your footage. The clip is a separate MP4 made from scratch that you can place after your own videos.
