Questions and answers
Will guests see our actual hotel?
The first frame comes from your photo, so the place is recognisable. Parts the camera reveals later are imagined, so tell us within your revisions if anything looks unlike your hotel, and avoid promising guests what the clip only suggests.
Can you show the hotel name or price?
No lettering goes into the frame, as it comes out uneven in a moving scene. Add the name, rate and booking link in your editor or in the ad settings.
Can the clip be horizontal for our website or booking page?
Yes, say so in the brief and we make it horizontal or square instead of vertical. Booking sites have their own rules for media, so check what they accept before you upload.
