- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can I use the icons for official medical labeling?
No. They are for websites, apps, brochures and wayfinding. Official safety and hazard symbols must follow your local standards.
Can you avoid the red cross?
Yes, and we do by default, since the red cross emblem is protected in many countries. We use a neutral plus, a heart or a medical symbol instead.
Do I get SVG files?
No, the icons come as PNG images on a transparent background.
