- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the scene say Merry Christmas in our language?
We keep greetings out of the frame, as lettering in motion often comes out uneven. That's handy: add the wish in each language you need over the same clip.
Can a shop screen play it on a loop?
Yes, most screens and media players repeat an MP4 file. The scene isn't made as a seamless loop, so there may be a visible jump at the restart; Premium's three scenes in a row make the repeat less noticeable.
Can the scene show our real shop?
From a photo of your shop front or interior, the scene can start from it and add festive decor, but signs and small details may shift as it moves. Use only photos you own.
