What photo works best?
A sharp photo of the whole product, evenly lit, on a plain background. The video starts from it, so a better photo gives a better video.
Can I order without a photo?
Yes. Describe the product in detail and we create it from your description, though it will be an illustration of the idea rather than your exact item.
Can the video contain my text or slogan?
We keep text out of the picture, as small lettering inside a moving scene often comes out uneven. Add captions, prices or a slogan in any video editor or in the app where you publish it.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, for example a different background, light or camera movement, within the revisions of your package.
