Before you pay an architect, it helps to see whether a porch, a garage, a sunroom or an extra floor will make your house look better or worse. We create concept images of your house with the planned extension from your written description: how the new roof line meets the old one, matching or contrasting materials, and new windows and doors. Homeowners use them to choose between options and explain the idea to family, neighbours and the architect.

Questions and answers
Can you work from a photo of my house?
The images are created from your written description, not from photos. Describe the house carefully, and the result will look like a house of the same type, not an exact copy.
Will the extension be allowed where I live?
We do not check planning or building rules. Ask your local authority or an architect before work starts.
Can a builder price the work from these images?
Only roughly. A real quote needs measured drawings, so use the images to agree on the idea first.
