It works for a new house you are planning and for refreshing an existing one, from a modern barnhouse in dark timber to a classic brick home with white trim.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can a builder work from these images?
No. They show the look, not dimensions or construction. Use them to explain the style to your architect or builder.
Do I need approval to change my facade?
That depends on your area, building rules and any homeowners' association. We do not check it, so ask your local authority before work starts.
Can I send photos instead of a description?
The images are made from your written description, so describe the layout, what is where and what must stay, as if you were explaining it on the phone.
