- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the office double as a guest room?
Yes. Ask for a sofa bed or a fold-down bed, and we show the room set up for work.
Do you plan the sockets and cables?
No. We show a tidy desk without visible cables, and the wiring is for your electrician to plan.
Can I send photos instead of a description?
The images are made from your written description, so describe the layout, what is where and what must stay, as if you were explaining it on the phone.
