- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Do the designs meet medical and sanitary requirements?
We do not check them. Room sizes, finishes, ventilation and equipment placement must follow your local rules, so involve a designer or contractor who works with clinics.
Will the equipment look like real dental units?
It will look like typical equipment of its kind, not a specific brand, so focus on the room around it.
Can I send photos instead of a description?
The images are made from your written description, so describe the layout, what is where and what must stay, as if you were explaining it on the phone.
