Can you write that the coating is non-toxic or PFAS-free?
Only if you have test results or a supplier statement that says so. Health claims about coatings are checked closely by marketplaces and regulators.
Can you describe an appliance for different countries?
Yes, if you give the plug type and voltage for each market. We state them clearly so buyers do not order the wrong version.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, within the revisions of your package.
