- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Every solar logo has a sun. Do I need one?
Not necessarily. We include at least one concept without a literal sun, so you can see whether a less expected mark suits you better.
Will the logo work if we add heat pumps or chargers later?
Tell us your plans in the brief, and we lean towards broader energy symbols rather than a solar panel only.
Do I get vector files?
No. You get high-resolution PNG images. For signs, vehicle graphics and print, have the chosen concept redrawn in vector.
