About this service
Meditation and sleep audio needs a slow, soft voice and long, unhurried pauses: for breathing, for body scans, for drifting off. We read your script in a calm synthesized voice at a slow pace and keep the pauses you mark, such as "[pause 10 s]". The voice is synthesized: tell your listeners, for example in the app or episode description.

Do long pauses count toward the length?
No. The package is counted in characters of text, so pauses make the audio longer without changing the package.
Can you add background music?
No, you get a clean voice track to mix with music or nature sounds yourself.
Is this a real person's voice?
No. It is a synthesized voice, and you must tell your listeners so.
