Can it sound Mexican or Castilian?
We ask the voice to lean toward the accent you name, but a synthesized voice is not always region-exact; try a short text in Basic first.
Do you translate my script into Spanish?
No, send the script already in Spanish. Translation is a separate order.
Can I use it in ads?
Yes, as long as you disclose that the voice is synthesized wherever platform or local rules require it.
