Presentation: investor pitch for a neighbourhood coffee roastery
Slide outline
1. Title — Ember Street Roasters: fresh coffee for the whole east side. Founders' names, date.
2. The problem — Local cafés buy beans roasted weeks ago. Customers notice: 62% of our survey respondents say "freshness" is why they switched to us.
3. What we do — We roast in small batches every morning and sell within 7 days. Three pillars: freshness, transparent sourcing, a café people come back to.
4. Traction — Chart: monthly revenue Jan 2025 → Sep 2026, from $18k to $41k. Key number in large type: +128% in 20 months.
5. Customers — 1,400 loyalty members; 38% visit at least weekly. Quote card from a regular.
6. The market — East side: 3 neighbourhoods, ~60,000 residents, 22 cafés, only 2 roast their own.
7. The opportunity — Wholesale to cafés and offices: 14 businesses already asked to buy our beans.
8. The plan — Second café in Millbrook (lease offered, 1,100 sq ft) + wholesale line with a new 15 kg roaster.
9. Unit economics — Table: average ticket $7.40, gross margin 68%, café break-even at month 9.
10. Financial forecast — 3-year table: revenue $520k → $1.1M; EBITDA turns positive in year 2.
11. Use of funds — Pie chart: fit-out 45%, roaster 25%, working capital 20%, marketing 10%.
12. The team — Two founders, head roaster with 9 years' experience, café manager.
13. Risks and how we handle them — Bean prices (6-month contracts), staffing (training program), slower ramp-up (cash runway of 14 months).
14. The offer — $180,000 for 15% equity; quarterly reports; investor coffee club.
15. Thank you — Contacts and an invitation to a cupping session at the roastery.

About this service
Agencies and consultants spend the first days of every month turning analytics exports into a report deck the client skims in two minutes. Send this month’s numbers as an Excel or PDF export with your notes and your template layouts, and we write the deck: a one-slide summary of wins and misses, KPI slides with the change against last month and target, what we did, what did not work and the plan for next month. Every number is taken from your files, and slides where the data is missing say so instead of guessing.

What we need from you
This month’s exports from your analytics, ads or CRM as Excel or PDF files, last month’s figures and targets, your notes on what was done, and your template as a PDF or screenshots of its layouts.
We will ask you:
- Which service is the report about?
- Which KPIs does the client care about most?
- What happened this month that the client should know?
- Which layouts does your template have?

Questions and answers
Will the file have our template design and charts?
No. The .pptx or PDF is plain, made from the text, without your design, images or charts. KPI figures come as tables; you paste the text into your template and build charts there.
Can you pull data from Google Analytics or our ads account?
No, we never log in to your accounts. Export the reports and attach them as Excel or PDF files.
Can I order this every month?
Yes. Attach last month’s deck as a PDF, and we keep the same structure and wording style.
