- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you add the animation into my wedding video?
No, we don't edit or join your own footage. You get the animation as a separate MP4 and place it at the start or end of the video in your editor, such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut.
My logo is a thin script signature. Will it work?
The clip starts from your logo, so the first frame shows it as it is. In motion, very thin strokes may soften, so a bolder version of the signature keeps its look better.
Can the background be transparent so it sits over my photos?
No, the animation is a regular video with its own background. Choose a colour or scene that suits your galleries, such as soft ivory or deep black.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, for example a softer sound, a different colour of light or fewer petals, within the revisions of your package.
