- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the clip show my app's interface?
No. Screens with small text come out uneven in motion, so the reveal focuses on your logo. Add screen recordings of the app next to it in your editor.
My logo is just a wordmark. Will it hold up?
A wordmark shows as it is in the first frame. Bold letters keep their look in motion, while thin, tightly spaced ones may soften, so pick the boldest version you have.
We don't have a logo yet. Can you make one?

Can I ask for changes?
Yes, for example a darker background, slower motion or a quieter sound, within the revisions of your package.
