About this service
Buyers on an agency site want to search by area, price and number of rooms, scan listing cards and reach an agent quickly, and a sample site you like shows how that can look. Upload its screenshot, or one of your current site, and we draw your agency's pages in that style: a hero with a property search bar, a grid of listing cards with price, rooms and area, a single property page with a photo gallery and key facts, and an agent contact or valuation request block. You get PNG pictures, not a working site, a listings feed or code; each is made from one of your uploads at about 1.5 megapixels in its shape, wide from a desktop screenshot and tall from a phone one.

What we need from you
Up to 5 sharp screenshots as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), one screen each: the agency site you like or your own. Tell us your agency's name, the pages you need, which details the listing cards show and a few addresses and prices exactly, or ask for placeholder text. If you send fewer screenshots than your package has, the extra pictures are further variants from the same file. Send only files you have the right to use; licences, contracts, title deeds and other documents are never recreated.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the mock-up show our real listings?
Listing cards can carry a few addresses and prices you send, kept short; property photos are drawn as stand-ins or carried over from your upload, close but not exact. Check every price and figure, since small text can come out imperfect, and Latin-script languages work best.
Will the search work?
No, the search bar and map are drawn. Your developer connects the real search to your listings system; we don't access it or import listings.
Can you add our awards and portal ratings?
Only awards you actually hold, written in your brief as short text. We don't draw property portals' logos or other brands' badges, and we never invent ratings, review scores or sales figures.
What happens with the sample agency's branding?
It stays out: we borrow the layout, colours and mood only, never the agency's name, logo, listings, agents' photos or texts. Your mock-up shows your agency's name and headings.
