We create heraldic logo concepts for premium residential projects, gated communities and boutique apartment buildings: monogram shields, lions, keys, arches, local trees and refined frames that give a new development a sense of address and permanence. Each concept is planned for the entrance, the sales office, brochures and the hoarding around the site, and as a small mark on the website and in ads.

Questions and answers
Can you use the city's coat of arms?
No. City and regional arms are official symbols with their own usage rules. We draw a new emblem that hints at the place.
Can the emblem be made in metal or stone for the entrance?
Yes, a sign maker can produce it from a vector redraw of the chosen concept. Our PNG shows how it could look.
Can it include the address or a slogan?
The logo carries the name or initials. Addresses and slogans are better added to signs and brochures in any editor.
