About this service

Parents choose a school slowly and read everything, so the site has to be clear and honest: who you teach, what and how, who the teachers are, how admission goes and what it costs. We build a site of several pages for a private, language or arts school with your programmes by grade or level, the school day, teachers as you present them, admission steps and fees if you show them, and contacts. Everything comes from your brief: we never invent accreditations, exam results, rankings or graduates' achievements. Photos of children appear only if you have their parents' consent. There is no enrolment form that sends data, no parent account, timetable system or payment; buttons call you, write an email or open a messenger. You get the code in a ZIP; hosting is not included.

What we need from you

The school's name and type, the ages or grades you teach, programmes and subjects, the school day and clubs, teachers' names and subjects (with their consent), admission steps and dates, fees if you show them, licence or accreditation details exactly as in your documents, address, hours, phone, email and messenger. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos of the building and classrooms that you have the right to use; photos with children only with their parents' consent.

Questions and answers

Can parents apply through the site?

Not through a form: the site has no server and sends nothing. The page explains the steps, and buttons call the school, open an email or start a messenger chat.

Can you add photos of our pupils?

Only photos you have the right to publish, with consent from the parents. Otherwise we use drawn pictures, which show no real children.

Will there be a timetable or an online diary?

A fixed timetable can be shown as a table from your brief. An online diary, parent account or homework system needs a server and is not part of this service.

Will you mention our exam results?

Only figures you give and can stand behind. We do not invent results, rankings or promises about where pupils will go next.

How do I put the site online?

Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site, through the hosting's file manager or FTP. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts.
